I would recommend Bear Builders to all my friends. I had been working with another company and it wasn’t going well. That’s when I decided to go with Bear. The Admiral Sunroom is high quality and priced right for me. The workers were so helpful. They worked with me and took my questions, suggestions, and requests seriously. This allowed me to make the sunroom exactly the room I wanted, inside and out.

When it came to adding a sunroom to my home, I did a lot of research. I had several sunroom companies come out to show me products and then I decided on Bear Builders. When Scott showed me the Admiral Sunroom, I was impressed with what a great product it is. The insulation, glass, roll-up screens, and electrical set ups are the best I saw.

I had three or four sunroom companies give me a quote on the job. But those products didn’t compare to the Admiral Sunroom from Bear Builders. I really liked the quality of the product – four-inch walls, high quality windows, and a great design. I liked the price, too.

We looked at all the sunroom companies in the area and then we selected the Admiral Sunroom and Bear Builders. Once we saw all the features of the room, the Miami-Dade Hurricane Certification, insulated hot and cold glass, roll up screens, hidden electrical raceways, and then saw the price, we knew this was the room for us.
Scott and Arnold were so helpful. They walked us through the permit process and made sure everything went smoothly. Now we enjoy the outdoors from the inside as much as we want from our sunroom! Tom R. |

You would never know our Admiral Sunroom is an addition to the house. It’s amazing. Matching the color, style, and structural look were a big concern of mine. It wasn’t a problem for Bear Builders. Now you can’t tell the difference.

Back when we built our home in 1991, we knew that we’d add a sunroom one day. Someday was last year and now we can enjoy our wooded lot without the mosquitoes and worries about the weather. We were impressed with Bear Builders’ product, the Admiral Sunroom, and with Scott’s outstanding presentation. Bear Builders recently completed constructing an Admiral Sunroom on my house. I’m very happy with how it turned out. From the first day they visited to show me what the company had to offer, I was very impressed with the product. The rep explained the many good features and showed me samples of the windows and rolled screens. I asked many questions.
After thinking about it overnight, I called to have them come back and sign the contract. Scott Bear showed me the plans of what my room would look like. He also made some suggestions in the design that were excellent. I’m impressed, with not only with the finished product, but also with how courteous the crew was that built my new room. We’re looking forward to the completion of our sunroom and are positive it will be a great addition to our home, a place of relaxation where we can bring the outside in every season of the year.
